Chinese Military hero. Yueh Fuei attributed a wandering Taoist as his teacher whom had no traceable name.
Some people believed the art should be dated at least as far back as 550 AD during the Liang Dynasty. Xing Yi
Chuan is considered by many to be one of the most powerful forms of Chinese Kung Fu.

and mental discipline. Forms are then taught, each with its own emphasis on an aspect of movement, parry,
strike and footwork. Early Xing Yi Chuan training involves both slow and normal speeds and does not concern
itself with immediate power. As the student progresses to a higher level, internal training focus turns to
cultivating chi and power. Xing Yi Chuan practice involves qigong or energy building forms as well as
self-defense, herbal medicine, acupressure, and massage.
